Dr. Sunil Sreedhar is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon and a visionary healthcare leader who has dedicated over two decades to enhancing the quality and reach of healthcare in South India. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Malabar Hospitals, Trinity Eye Care Pvt. Ltd., Artes Skin & Hair Clinic and ACE Labs—a diversified group of healthcare institutions committed to excellence, affordability and patient-centric service.
A native of Kerala, completed his medical education at Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, earning both his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics. Pursuing advanced training, he moved to the United Kingdom where he obtained his MCh Orthopaedics from Dundee University. During his time in the UK, he served as a Specialist Registrar in prominent hospitals across Scotland and England, honing his skills in trauma and joint replacement surgery.
Returning to India in 2000, he brought with him a global perspective and a clear vision to build modern, accessible and world class healthcare institutions in Kerala. He joined Fort Hospital, established in Palakkad in 1998 and led its transformation into Malabar Hospital in 2004. Recognizing the growing need for orthopaedic services, he expanded operations with a second branch at Olavakkode in 2007. Today, he leads a team of more than eight Orthopaedic surgeons and continues to perform complex trauma procedures while overseeing the hospital’s strategic growth as MD of the Malabar Group of Hospitals.
In 1999, Dr. Sunil Sreedhar founded Trinity Eye Hospital in Palakkad, which has since grown into a multi-location eye care network with additional branches in Calicut, Tirur, Thrissur and Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu). With a strong focus on advanced ophthalmology services, Trinity has become a trusted name in eye care under his guidance.
Recognizing the increasing demand for aesthetic and skin-related services, launched Artes Skin & Hair Clinic in 2017. Based in Palakkad, Artes provides advanced treatments in cosmetology, dermatology and trichology, reflecting his commitment to expanding into specialized wellness domains.
In 2022, he founded ACE Labs, a modern diagnostic venture offering high-quality, reliable laboratory services. ACE Labs is designed to uphold international standards in diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, reinforcing his vision of comprehensive & trustworthy healthcare.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated hands-on leadership, strategic clarity and medical integrity.
